I found my experience with Estetik International very frustrating, and if you would like to do something with them, I would like to warn you about what exactly you can expect from them. I went there to do septoplasty and breast augmentation; they were on the higher price side and looked very nice in the beginning. However: 1. They lied to me multiple times: - I was promised that I would meet my doctor one day before surgery and we would have a chat. “The doctor was busy,” so I met him 30 minutes before surgery the next day. They gave me only two options for breast implants to see, and the doctor decided on the size himself. I also wanted to do neck lipo, but they gave me a chin implant instead (I didn’t have fat there, but since the doctor only saw me on the day, he made the call). If it had been up to me, I would not have gone for the chin implant! - I was told that they work 24/7 and I would have all the required support. On day 5, complications started. As I learned later, I had an infection after surgery that caused internal bleeding. I tried to call my point of contact. When she finally answered, she said, “I will call the clinic and they will send a nurse.” Half an hour later, nothing happened. When we called again, she turned off her phone. The clinic was closed, and no, they don’t work 24/7. So I spent the night in the ER, almost died, and of course, they didn’t take responsibility for what happened. 2. They gave me the wrong-sized bra. I had bleeding scratches on my back after wearing it for 7 days. They gave me the proper one in Ireland, and it also reduced the amount of pain I felt. 3. When I came to have my stitches removed, the doctor didn’t put gloves on! I realized it when I smelled strong tobacco. 4. They didn’t even bother to take a next-of-kin contact! Although I left my husband’s phone number with my point of contact, when I got out of surgery, I texted him myself that he could come and see me. 5. I constantly felt under-informed. I think if I hadn’t asked questions, I wouldn’t have received any instructions. 6. My main language is English, but I have an Eastern European name. The staff was ignorant of that and just talked to me in Russian by default. 7. In the quotation I received, it said they would book a 5-star hotel. Not only was it 4-star, but the room we were booked in was tiny. The food in the hotel: one dish we ordered was undercooked, and my salad had rotten iceberg leaves. Cleanliness level: they never washed or vacuumed the floor in our room. The bed sheets had holes in them, and clean towels came with someone else’s hair still stuck on them. One time, a new “clean” bed sheet came with blood stains, and we called room service to replace it again. The gym didn’t have air conditioning, and the treadmill was broken. They sent me a form to contact the Patient Rights Department. Guess what—the form doesn’t work, and the “English” version is not fully translated either.

antastic company great value I only needed one tooth doing after snapping it on hard chocolate and most companies in the Northwest wanted on average £4k and didn't really want to do only 1 tooth, so I had to look elsewhere for treatment. I was a little uneasy about going abroad for my dentistry and did quite a lot of research before putting my details out to companies in Turkey. Lots came back to me but the reason why I chose this company is because Pelin the lady who responded was not pushy, transparent, very patient with all my questions and prompt with the answers I needed. She didn't request money up front, gave me a very accurate breakdown of costs once I had sent xrays of what needed doing, then all I needed to do was book flights, I sent confirmation and immediately my accommodation was booked and confirmed. On arrival it was clear where to wait for my pre-paid taxi, ( you have to tell the boys at the sign who you are, they have your booking ), then you are guided to where your taxi is. It's an hour from the airport but doesn't take long. The hotel where they book you is nice, clean, comfy and the staff are very helpful.it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the clinic and easy to find. Treatment wise you have no worries, Pelin who was my consultant spoke very good English and was there to translate if needed, the doctors and assistants speak good English too but if they don't understand your questions Pelin was there the whole time to translate. They explain everything to you before going ahead, they were caring, gentle and clean which was a big tick. They gave me all the medication I needed which was antibiotics, pain relief and were on hand when I went back to the hotel if I needed them. I had the implant put in and had to wait 4 months before I could return for the abutement, fitting and finally the new tooth, again the booking process was easy, I stayed 4 days this time and it all went smoothly. I am very impressed with this company and can't recommend them highly enough, if you choose to have treatment here, honestly you have no worries about who is looking after you it is a purpose built clinic and very efficiently run, other companies book rooms in hospitals for your treatment but this is state of the art. I would like to thank all at Clinic Prime Istanbul especially Pelin, Alp and Ozlem for making what could have been a real nightmare, into something I am so happy I did.

The hospital is very clean and modern, and my hair transplant went exceptionally. NEVER TRUST THEM THE WORST JOB DONE !!! After I mad 25 crowns with them and went back to the uk Pain never stopped couldn’t eat or drink couldn’t support any hot or cold water touching my tooth I was in pain killers for over 3 weeks They reserved my a new ticket to come back to fix the damages they made But even though they decided to make me 3 root canal for 3 tooth even though I had explained to them that the pain is in more than just 3 tooth I’m having pain in more than 7 or 8 tooth and needed to do root canal to all of them But they wanted to do the minimum work and send me back to the uk When they sold me the crowns to put on my teeth and take the money they said its 20 years garnered But its not even 6 months and they stopped to recognise the job done !!!!! Absolutely not professional clinic All they care about is to take the money . and I’m still suffering and in pain in every day without any solution and because they got me bake once to Istanbul without doing the full job They say NOW it’s psychological problem can you believe that !!! And when I tell them that the dentist in the uk Says that my tooth need to get the nerves out At this level to stop having pain which is something they should do but they didn’t because they just won’t to got the money and go to the new patient in the fastest time Without doing the job as it should be done or taking care of the person in pain They said that the English doctor are jealous And bad mouth as they lose money Because the Turkish doctor are better Can you believe that again !!!! I have all documents to prove my story and I’m putting some of the chatting between me and the brother of the owner of the clinic ( The manager of the clinic) With his picture and phone number on the chatting on WhatsApp The worst person you might deal with Or trust at all This clinic maybe use to be a good clinic in the past but now they are one of the worst ever and can’t be trusted as all they care about is your money and not your good health Now I will sue them as soon as I can and ask for a refund for the new cost for the damages the made me . And now I must go to another dental clinic to fix the damages they had done and don’t won’t to recognise. As it’s impossible to live with this pain for long NEVER TRUST THEM .. OR USE THEM BAD DENTISTS AND WORST CLINIC
