He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring.
