Dr. Adriana Gudino was amazing!! She truly cares about her patients and is very passionate about her work with stem cells and making sure we are maximizing the results with health and nutrition when returning home. I am happy to say everything went smoothly regarding the treatment, I have dialed my insulin pump back, so that makes me happy. My driver was great, the clinic was clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Treatments were quick and not painful (other then the first part of taking stem cells out of my stomach fat- that wasn't much fun). I have no complaints and think it was totally a positive experience, so far with positive results that I am hoping continue to improve.

I am a retired Canadian physician. I injured myself and had an ultrasound showing complete tear of a tendon in my rotator cuff. I knew I needed to seek care outside of Canada because best medical practice calls for early surgical intervention. It is now 4 weeks post injury and I am still waiting to see a specialist. However, after our initial discussion, I had a private pay mri and I told her that my arm appears to be broken and there will be no need for surgery: hence, I did not wish to waste her time. Dra Gomez Espinoza met with me anyway, and reviewed my mri with me over zoom. I was impressed with her thoroughness, kindness, and professionalism. I would not hesitate to contact her again in the future, should I have need of her surgical expertise.
