This comment is to explain how well we were treated in the hospital. my son spent 3 days and I have no complaints. I would also like to draw attention to Ariel Guerra who went out of his way to ensure that everything was fine and that I didn't feel the expenses too much. He made sure everything went well even if he works at the international admin department. he helped me as best he could. he is a really good person and without him I don't know how I would have gotten by. Hats off to Ariel! you are the best! Thank you Ariel Guerra!!!

This hospital is really good. I can't speak Spanish but they helped me with all paperworks; I even didn't feel like I am in abroad. I have been in 2 doctors examination and both of them know English. That place is really clean. Especially I would like to thank Mr. Ariel Guerra for his collaboration.

I spent two weeks at hospital IMG after a massive infection in my foot put a stop to my honeymoon. Staff on site were very accommodating and friendly and made sure that all of my needs were taken care of. Ariel from the international team coordinated with my insurance and made sure that everything needed to cover my care was handled. Doctors Bólivar and Matos make sure that I received the highest level of care and that I was stable enough to travel back home. All in all, staff was very friendly and accommodating all the way down to nurses and orderlies. I don't recommend falling ill in a foreign country, but if you have to, IMG is a fantastic place to ride out the worst of it.

We want to say thank you to Ariel and the entire staff Punta Cana Hospital. You were all so kind and in control. You took care of us and your professionalism and compassion was amazing. I am telling everyone back in Montreal that the care and process in DR was top notch. A special thank you to Ariel. You are very good at what you do and so happy you were there to help me. You took control of the situation, extremely knowledgeable and even helped us after hours. It was a difficult situation for our family but with your support everything worked out. Once again thank you to Ariel and the staff at IMG hospital as well as the security guard who was so sweet on Sept 6th, 2023.

Very good customer service. The rooms are big and clean. Everyone from the cleaning personnel to the doctors, are very attentive. They constantly check up on you to see if everything is ok or if you need something. Had a ACL surgery with Doctor Alejandro Abud.

Dr. Matos took care of a close friend of mine who had a stroke while on vacation in the Dominican. He speaks English fluently, and his medicine and training is excellent. Very compassionate and went out of the way to take good care of my friend. I can recommend him without hesitation.
