I got my Lasik surgery done at Global Eye Clinic last month and I would highly recommend Dr. Hardik without a second thought. I was really sceptical because of all the myths around getting this surgery but he made sure that all my questions were answered with patience and I was comfortable throughout the surgery. He talked me through the whole process and conversed with me during the procedure. This really calmed me down and instilled more confidence in the decision to go for it.

I recently had an experience at Gleneagles Hospital, Parel and was truly impressed by the overall standard of care. The hospital is exceptionally well-maintained, with clean surroundings and efficient systems that make the entire process—from admission to daily check-ins—smooth and reassuring. The medical team is knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain treatment plans clearly, and the nursing staff consistently shows patience, warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

We really appreciate valuable and timely support given by Global hospital radiology team and especially Mr. Prasad pimputkar for his endless support, his coordination to get the soft copies of MRCP reports for last couple of years is commendable.
