I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

Honestly, I compared Emse who was very biased at first, but on the recommendation of a friend I took my husband there for treatment. There is a huge difference between Emse and Emse from reality, especially our doctor Emre Günbey. Thank you for your great interest.

I was at Istanbul Caglayan Florance Hospital on 17th September. Big disappointment in every way. From beginning to end. The check up Dr Aysan Taghiyeve was only listened my heart beat and than suggested me to do more tests and absolutely nothing else. No other conversation. She was not interested to heal me or help me with my health problems at all. I can easily get better quality doctors in Public Hospital (for free!) She has no smile or either zero empathy on her attitude. I kindly ask to switch my doctor and then I got better Dr. He was more informative and helpful straight away. Because of the long waiting time between two doctors I had breakfast after all my blood works. Had breakfast but now my second dr was ask to do more other test but bcs I had breakfast I couldn’t. Unfortunately I disappointed again. After all they told me my test results will be ready later during the day. No body call me to inform me about my results. Call the customer service at least 5 or 6 times told check up department not picking up. Left my phone number still no response. Never ever go to this hospital again and I never suggest to anyone. Running very unprofessionally.

It is the only pediatric emergency hospital in Ankara that can be visited at night during our baby difficult times. Thanks to the whole team. The interest and approach is superb. The only problem is its too expensive

In this hospital where Prof.Dr. Ebubekir Senates (Gastroenterology) works, is the best doctor for me who I can recommend to everyone. After a year of examinations in german hospitals without results I flew to Istanbul Turkey in September 2022 (on recommendation). Prof. Dr. Ebubekir Senates asked me several questions and looked at all my files that I brought with me from Germany and knew instantly what illness I was suffering from. Since than i'am using the medication he prescrepted me and no more pain attacs has been occured. Im so grateful that I went to his hospital, not only he is an expert in these type of illnesses he also takes the time to listen to your story. I can recommend Prof. Dr. Ebubekir Senates and his hospital to each and everyone!

I strongly warn everyone to avoid Cevre Hospital in Istanbul. This hospital is untrustworthy, deceptive, and unprofessional. Our experience has been a nightmare from start to finish, traumatic, dishonest, and financially damaging. My husband and I paid 100% upfront on 31 January 2025 for a package of three services: breast augmentation, hair transplant, dental treatment. A few weeks after payment, but well before our arrival, we cancelled the dental treatment, informed our coordinator, and requested a refund. We were clearly told that the refund would be processed once we arrived for the remaining procedures. What happened next was shocking. We arrived at the Cevre Hospital on 1st September 2025. From the moment we arrived, the problems started. We were placed in a hospital room with a broken bed and sleeping on that was simply impossible. Despite being exhausted after a long international flight and preparing for surgery the next morning, we spent half the night arguing on the phone with their translator, who said they could not change the broken bed or change our room even though 3 rooms next to us were empty. This was inhumane, disrespectful, and unacceptable for a medical facility. At that moment, we already wanted to cancel everything and leave — but we still hoped for professionalism. The next morning, it turned out the hospital staff did not even know that hair transplant treatment was included in our paid package. This showed complete lack of coordination and management. My husband's hair transplant was not even done by Cevre Hospital but by a 3rd party and he was satisfied with their service. The day of surgery we again reminded the hospital about the refund for the cancelled dental treatment and on 5th September 2025 visited the financial department with their translator. We provided proof of payment, the official hospital offer with prices for each procedure, and all requested documentation. The staff member scanned everything, partially completed their refund form, and clearly stated that the refund would be processed within 2 days. On the day of departure home (on 9 September), we followed up — again we were told “in a few more days”. It has now been over 3 months since our hospital visit and almost a year since the original payment, yet no refund has been issued. The outstanding amount is 5395.74 AUD. No refund, No communication. All our attempts to contact the hospital since then have been completely ignored. On top of the financial fraud : The breast augmentation surgery itself is unsatisfactory. The surgeon clearly did not understand or follow my wishes. The breast is slightly increased in size, but the volume that I asked and focused attention on is absolutely absent. I’m very upset with the result of the surgery. Also, I did not receive any post-operative recommendations from the doctor, No structured post-op care instructions, No promised post-operative support, No follow-up communication. How is it possible that such a dishonest institution is allowed to operate within a healthcare system? Why has this hospital not been investigated or had its license reviewed? They take full payments, make false promises, and deliver poor surgical results without any post-operative support. We are not the only patients who have suffered from Cevre Hospital and this is not a random error, this is systemic behavior, this is a criminal! If you value your health, safety, and finances — avoid Cevre Hospital at all costs. Trusting them risks receiving unsafe, unacceptable medical outcomes and losing large sums of money.
