Dr. Shaklov is dishonest. He has no integrity. He appeared to be drunk during my consult and two phone calls. He took several weeks to provide a 'quote', and he tried to scam me out of my consult fee. When I disputed it on Paypal, this guy had the audacity to manufacture a quote and send it via snail mail, weeks later. This isn't someone you want anywhere near you, especially in a vulnerable state. Run, don't walk, from this guy!

He was awesome! My recovery was harder than I thought it would be, so be sure to do your homework first, but the results are AMAZING! I had a tummy tuck and thigh lift and 360 lipo. While in Mexico, Dr. Cartagena was so responsive to all of our questions within minutes, and we worried we were bothering him, but he didn’t care, his primary concern was me and that was great. Even though I am no longer in Mexico, Dr Cartagena reaches out to me at least twice a week to check on how I am doing.
