From my initial visit to Seneca my experience was amazing. The clinic is impeccable with emphasis in detail. The facilities are great, tasteful and very clean! The staff kind and always happy to answer any concerns you might have. The doctor very skilled and friendly explained every step of the procedure and made me feel safe. The procedure was almost painless, we were talking, listened to music, and watched Netflix. After the procedure i was given meds and post op instructions in a booklet. I was really stunned by the whole process and the professionalism and i strongly recommend if someone is considering performing Hair Transplant to visit Seneca.

Capital Hair Center is much more than a hair transplant clinic. I am really happy to choose Capital Hair Center because they give all their patients the red-carpet treatment. They provided accommodation in a luxury hotel. When I arrived at the airport, they welcomed me with a private car. I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.
