I was at Istanbul Caglayan Florance Hospital on 17th September. Big disappointment in every way. From beginning to end. The check up Dr Aysan Taghiyeve was only listened my heart beat and than suggested me to do more tests and absolutely nothing else. No other conversation. She was not interested to heal me or help me with my health problems at all. I can easily get better quality doctors in Public Hospital (for free!) She has no smile or either zero empathy on her attitude. I kindly ask to switch my doctor and then I got better Dr. He was more informative and helpful straight away. Because of the long waiting time between two doctors I had breakfast after all my blood works. Had breakfast but now my second dr was ask to do more other test but bcs I had breakfast I couldn’t. Unfortunately I disappointed again. After all they told me my test results will be ready later during the day. No body call me to inform me about my results. Call the customer service at least 5 or 6 times told check up department not picking up. Left my phone number still no response. Never ever go to this hospital again and I never suggest to anyone. Running very unprofessionally.

In this hospital where Prof.Dr. Ebubekir Senates (Gastroenterology) works, is the best doctor for me who I can recommend to everyone. After a year of examinations in german hospitals without results I flew to Istanbul Turkey in September 2022 (on recommendation). Prof. Dr. Ebubekir Senates asked me several questions and looked at all my files that I brought with me from Germany and knew instantly what illness I was suffering from. Since than i'am using the medication he prescrepted me and no more pain attacs has been occured. Im so grateful that I went to his hospital, not only he is an expert in these type of illnesses he also takes the time to listen to your story. I can recommend Prof. Dr. Ebubekir Senates and his hospital to each and everyone!

I strongly advise anyone going through the already challenging emotional journey of IVF to think twice before choosing this clinic. This has been, by far, the most disappointing medical experience I have ever had. To give context: before my treatment, I researched extensively and was already aware of several public concerns about the institution. Unfortunately, my own experience confirmed many of them. First, the overall approach felt extremely impersonal. Before each appointment, there was no sense of preparation or familiarity with our medical background. It felt similar to a crowded public hospital: rushed, uncoordinated, and lacking the attentive care you would expect from a private clinic in this price range. Questions about the treatment plan were often discouraged. Even basic topics such as genetic testing of embryos, selecting which embryos should be screened, or understanding the rationale behind medication choices were met with minimal explanations. Over time, I felt uncomfortable even asking questions, which should never happen in an IVF process. Communication outside the clinic was also problematic. During a serious episode where my spouse experienced heavy bleeding and fainting, we could not reach the doctor or the assistant for guidance. For a treatment that requires continuous support, this was extremely unsettling. There were also moments where feedback was not well-received. When we tried to gently express concerns, the response was unexpectedly dismissive. It made an already stressful process even harder. Operational issues added to the frustration: extremely limited parking, long waits, and a workflow that simply does not match the premium pricing. The disconnect between the cost and the service quality is significant. To be clear, this is not a review written after a single negative moment. We interacted with multiple staff members over a long period, observed the system from various angles, and tried to remain patient and empathetic throughout the process. Unfortunately, the pattern was consistent. As for the doctor we met (Dr. Gürkan Bozdağ), I genuinely believe he is skilled, and I have heard positive feedback from many others. Our few interactions were generally polite. However, the overwhelming workload and systemic issues at the clinic seem to limit the quality of care he can realistically provide. IVF is a delicate and highly emotional journey. You need a team that is attentive, prepared, communicative, and able to guide you clearly through every step. Despite being one of the most expensive clinics in the region, this center did not offer the level of support or professionalism we expected. If anyone considering the clinic needs more details about our experience, I am open to sharing further information.
