6+ Best Clinics for Kidney Cancer Ablation in India

As a US.-based Pulmonary/Critical Care physician, I am sharing my family’s experience to provide clinical context for others. My sister recently passed away at this facility, following acute complications from Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO). In my professional observation, the facility appeared significantly under-equipped and under-staffed to manage the complex complications associated with this procedure. When our family sought answers, the lead physician was unavailable, and the staff present seemed unable to provide a clear protocol for managing the acute issues that arose. Based on this experience in the lack of standard safety measures I observed, I cannot recommend the center for high risk or experimental treatments. Please exercise caution.

I was diagnosed with meningioma and had a surgery at SIMS hospital and was referred to Apollo Hospital to Mrs.Rathna Devi and Mr.Sadiq. They had given their professional opinions and I had undergone Proton radiotherapy in this institution for nearly 28 proton radiotherapy session. The Apollo proton cancer center is one of the best and well maintained hospital. The sessions were planned and executed exceptionally well by the team of doctors. Mr. Dhilip - Lead Therapist along with his team members- Mr. Balaji, Ms.Monisha, Ms. Josephine and Mr.Krishna gave exceptional service and inputs to me during my therapy session. Thanks to Mrs.Rathna Devi and Mr. Sadiq as well for their medical and mental support throughout my sessions. Thanks Apollo Proton cancer center.

A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

I would just like to say how grateful I am to Welcare Hospital Vadodara and all the amazing staff for my treatment. A special thank you to Dr. Bharat Mody, Dr. Kshitij Mody, and Dr. Harshida Mody, who made sure that every part of my care went smoothly and was completed to the highest standard. However, every staff member, from the maasi to the doctors and everyone in between (nurses, dietitian, physiotherapists, administration, etc.) treated myself and my daughter with kindness and patience. Two weeks ago I had a total hip replacement after more than 5 years of pain, that had gotten so bad that at 49 yrs of age I could no longer put on my own shoes, or get on and off the toilet unaided. I am now blessed to say that I walked out of the hospital almost pain free, unaided, with my walking improving every day. They are with you every step of the journey and will make sure any need you or your family have is met beyond expectation and always with a gracious smile. They also went above and beyond by organising other services for us including an eye check up (and subsequent arrangement of spectacles for me prior to discharge), and helping my daughter explore the area whilst I was bed bound. I will be forever grateful to the Mody family for giving me my life back. Definitely worth travelling from Australia to have my treatment done here, and am definitely an advocate for Welcare Hospital Vadodara!
