As a US.-based Pulmonary/Critical Care physician, I am sharing my family’s experience to provide clinical context for others. My sister recently passed away at this facility, following acute complications from Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO). In my professional observation, the facility appeared significantly under-equipped and under-staffed to manage the complex complications associated with this procedure. When our family sought answers, the lead physician was unavailable, and the staff present seemed unable to provide a clear protocol for managing the acute issues that arose. Based on this experience in the lack of standard safety measures I observed, I cannot recommend the center for high risk or experimental treatments. Please exercise caution.

I went to Bona Dea for prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment. I could have got it done in UK for free but they take too long, Bona Dea did it very quickly after I was tested and discussed with consultant Emin Mammadov, who carried out the prostatectomy surgery. The price was very reasonable. Most importantly, the treatment was successful, and I was doing my job, which is quite physical sometimes, 3 months later, with no diapers!! He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.
