I have been receiving treatment at CELL GRAND CLINIC for severe atopic dermatitis and other health issues. My atopic dermatitis was extremely severe and affected my entire body. My skin was constantly itchy and oozing, and the condition on my face was so bad that I couldn't go outside without wearing a face mask. It had affected my work and daily life for many years. After searching for help, I finally found Dr. Wakabayashi and decided to consult with him. I am currently undergoing stem cell therapy at the clinic. About two months after my first treatment, I began to notice changes. The itching gradually became less intense, and I also noticed that new wounds and skin damage were occurring less frequently. It has now been about six months, and the improvement throughout my body has been remarkable. When I compare my before-and-after photos, I can hardly believe the difference. So far, I have only received two stem cell treatments, and I am considering continuing with several more sessions. For many years, my atopic dermatitis had a major impact on my work, confidence, and everyday life. I went to this place to get a quote on their stem cell treatments. I had gone to a couple of places back home and felt that in GDL Mexico they would probably be less expensive. I decided to go to Cells Time Clinique I was met with a cocky young doctor, Dr. Alexi. He didn’t really get into how the stem cells worked but was asked what type of illness I was coming in for and then went straight into pricing. The price was high compared to what I’ve seen in TJ and no I am not talking about CPI (those guys are really outrageous in their prices). After being asked a few questions he quoted me $8000! When I gasped he said, “Oh but we're having a special this month and its 50% off”. So that was a big red flag to me because no business is going to lose or just give away $4000 and take that big of a hit on their profit margin. I know there are more affordable places and clinics that actually care. After I told him I’d think about it, his vibe gave off as if I wasted his time and I felt beneath him. I say, for $8000, I’d go to the original location that started the stem research, which is France, and at least get a vacation out of it and STILL get money left over! Avoid this place. There’s definitely more affordable places. These businesses that are in it to ‘help people’ are just in it to make 10 times more than what the vials or treatments cost. Do your homework and don’t fall for the snake oil salesman

I reached out to Dr. Flores Soto, his main medical assistant, Alejandra, and his team were amazing. Everyone was really professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My first visit for my surgery consultation, I received Botox and Lip Filler, and he made me look very natural, not overdone. I just had my Blepharoplasty procedure almost a week ago, and so far I’m really happy with how everything went. I will be returning to remove my stitches, and I look forward to getting a chemical peel while I am there. Big thanks to Raquel and Dr. Flores Soto’s team for taking such good care of me!

As a US.-based Pulmonary/Critical Care physician, I am sharing my family’s experience to provide clinical context for others. My sister recently passed away at this facility, following acute complications from Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO). In my professional observation, the facility appeared significantly under-equipped and under-staffed to manage the complex complications associated with this procedure. When our family sought answers, the lead physician was unavailable, and the staff present seemed unable to provide a clear protocol for managing the acute issues that arose. Based on this experience in the lack of standard safety measures I observed, I cannot recommend the center for high risk or experimental treatments. Please exercise caution.

I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.
