They call themselves a hospital, which clearly they are not. Located on the top floor of the building, only way to get there is by flights of stairs, an elevator (has room for only 3 full adult sizes), you CANNOT even fit a patient on a stretcher in the elevator. THE ESCALATORS IN THAT “ 90% EMPTY MALL “ ARE NOT OPERATING AT ALL AND LOOK LIKE THEY HAVEN’T BEEN IN A DECADE!! Now here’s something to think about and let’s pretend it’s you or your own loved ones.…!! If one of Dr. Pravin’s patients(lets say have lost consciousness)and need to be taken to the hospital for any emergency, the only way to take their patients are down the inoperable escalators(4 flights of them), the endless flights of stairs or the ELEVATOR ( which they use a WHEELCHAIR…Yes I said a wheelchair to transport their patients ( FEEL FREE TO ASK THEM) down to the ground floor, REMEMBER THE ELEVATOR DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH SPACE FOR A STRETCHER WITH A DYING PATIENT TO FIT IN. SO SAD!! Think about how do you perform CPR on a patient’s of DR PRAVIN’s that need to be taken to the Emergency room when they are being transported on a wheelchair!! So so scary !! This clinic needs to be looked into and investigated by the PRESS or by the INDIAN GOVERNMENT. Their licenses need to be provoked and verified as well as their doctor’s credentials immediately before any further malpractice or negligence happens again at this crappy, dirty FAKE hospital.

Dr. Mahajan is a fine doctor in stem cells and no doubt a champion of AVN avascular necrosis. Healed my father within a year\'s time. He feels 10 yrs younger in his legs. Thank u

I recently had an experience at Gleneagles Hospital, Parel and was truly impressed by the overall standard of care. The hospital is exceptionally well-maintained, with clean surroundings and efficient systems that make the entire process—from admission to daily check-ins—smooth and reassuring. The medical team is knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain treatment plans clearly, and the nursing staff consistently shows patience, warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

I would just like to say how grateful I am to Welcare Hospital Vadodara and all the amazing staff for my treatment. A special thank you to Dr. Bharat Mody, Dr. Kshitij Mody, and Dr. Harshida Mody, who made sure that every part of my care went smoothly and was completed to the highest standard. However, every staff member, from the maasi to the doctors and everyone in between (nurses, dietitian, physiotherapists, administration, etc.) treated myself and my daughter with kindness and patience. Two weeks ago I had a total hip replacement after more than 5 years of pain, that had gotten so bad that at 49 yrs of age I could no longer put on my own shoes, or get on and off the toilet unaided. I am now blessed to say that I walked out of the hospital almost pain free, unaided, with my walking improving every day. I would highly recommend anyone needing orthopaedic surgery to choose Welcare - not only will you get the highest quality treatment from world-class surgeons, but you will also be treated like family. They are with you every step of the journey and will make sure any need you or your family have is met beyond expectation and always with a gracious smile. They also went above and beyond by organising other services for us including an eye check up (and subsequent arrangement of spectacles for me prior to discharge), and helping my daughter explore the area whilst I was bed bound. I will be forever grateful to the Mody family for giving me my life back. Definitely worth travelling from Australia to have my treatment done here, and am definitely an advocate for Welcare Hospital Vadodara!
