I was at Istanbul Caglayan Florance Hospital on 17th September. Big disappointment in every way. From beginning to end. The check up Dr Aysan Taghiyeve was only listened my heart beat and than suggested me to do more tests and absolutely nothing else. No other conversation. She was not interested to heal me or help me with my health problems at all. I can easily get better quality doctors in Public Hospital (for free!) She has no smile or either zero empathy on her attitude. I kindly ask to switch my doctor and then I got better Dr. He was more informative and helpful straight away. Because of the long waiting time between two doctors I had breakfast after all my blood works. Had breakfast but now my second dr was ask to do more other test but bcs I had breakfast I couldn’t. Unfortunately I disappointed again. After all they told me my test results will be ready later during the day. No body call me to inform me about my results. Call the customer service at least 5 or 6 times told check up department not picking up. Left my phone number still no response. Never ever go to this hospital again and I never suggest to anyone. Running very unprofessionally.

I was examined in the gynecology department of Algomed hospital. I am a patient of Ms. Gulsah. I was very satisfied with him. In addition, emergency physician Şule boiling is a successful physician in her field. Thanks to Algomed hospital for both physicians.

The best clinic with very experienced doctors, his staff never leaves you alone, they are always near you for what you need.

I attended here for Hair Transplants. My liaison contact was Burak Yildirim, international manager for the hospital. He was outstanding and so professional. Everything was arranged perfectly and communication was quick and comprehensive. On day of procedure, I was impressed with the hospital and all staff. I would have no hesitation to recommend Academic Hospital.

Came to have an eye exam and very pleasantly surprised with how efficient and friendly the stafff was. English is not my first language, but I navigated everything very easily. The facility itself was very clean and modern.

This comment is to explain how well we were treated in the hospital. my son spent 3 days and I have no complaints. I would also like to draw attention to Ariel Guerra who went out of his way to ensure that everything was fine and that I didn't feel the expenses too much. He made sure everything went well even if he works at the international admin department. he helped me as best he could. he is a really good person and without him I don't know how I would have gotten by. Hats off to Ariel! you are the best! Thank you Ariel Guerra!!!
