Dentistry Packages in Piedras Negras, Mexico

Severe Ongoing Pain & €7,000 in Reparative Work Needed (2 Months Post-Treatment) It has now been two months since my second visit to Westdent Izmir, and I am living in a constant nightmare. I am still experiencing severe pain and extreme sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures as a direct result of the dental work I received at this clinic. Unable to endure the suffering any longer, I consulted a local specialist here in Morocco. I was absolutely devastated by the diagnosis. Because of the poor work done in Izmir, I now require immediate root canals for all of the teeth that are causing me pain. To perform these necessary medical procedures, the crowns that Westdent just placed have to be completely removed. The estimated cost to repair the damage they caused to my mouth? An additional €7,000. I have attached my official medical report and the €7,000 treatment estimate from my Moroccan doctor to this review as undeniable proof. This clinic did not just take our money; they severely compromised my health, left me in agonizing pain, and cost my family thousands in necessary medical repairs. Please look at the attached documents and think twice before trusting this clinic with your health.

The quality of the work in general was good, except there was one big issue. In late 2023 I had four teeth extracted (front bottom, 23-26), bone graft in those sockets (and I questioned the need at the time!), and a temporary bridge installed. When the temporary was being installed, they had to press very hard to get the temporary down over the swollen gums. I had intense pain for several days after the procedure. I believe two, of the four open sockets after extraction, had "dry socket". The sutures holding the gums closed apparently failed, either from the swelling or the pressure of the temporary pressing on the gums. I think they should have waited another day for the swelling to subside. Fast forward to late in 2024 - I go back in to get the permanent bridge installed, with the understanding that if there were indeed failed bone grafts they would credit them back toward the permanent bridge. The panoramic clearly showed that the bone grafts were nonexistent in 24 and 25 (tissue, not bone, was there) and only partly filled in 23 and 26. Yet they REFUSED to credit the cost of the bone grafts, knowing that I had traveled there and was committed - they were refusing to do the additional procedures unless I paid the full amount. Not only a screw up, but also broke their word to me.

Los Algodones clinic: May of 2025 had 2 implants installed, October 3.2025 had the crowns put on and within 2 weeks i realized something was wrong, implant crowns were loose. Emailed them (our main method of communication) on 10-27-25 told them of the problem and would like to come in to have it fixed, no response, emailed again 11-5-2025, no response, contacted them thru their website contact form 11-7-2025, no response. Went to my dentist in Arizona, they said one of the implants had failed and needed to come out, the other needed to be adjusted and retorqued. $1100 later here I am. Esmeralda Mariby did the crown work. My complaint is, no support. DO NOT USE Marietta, they do not stand behind their work.

The attention is first class, everyone is very friendly, Dr. Lucero treated us and her super soft hand and incomparable prices are delightful. Recommended.

After long searches, Dr. I decided on Sibel Atala and saw how right my decision was. They were very interested in the surgery and controls, I felt very comfortable and safe. Sibel Hanım and her Assistant Ümmühan Hanim are very smiling and very successful in their jobs. Thank you so much for everything

Dr. Sanchez is an outstanding dentist. After having several extremely frustrating evaluation experiences in the US, when I arrived in PV, I made an appointment with Dr. Sanchez. Without question, it was a good choice. He is professional, highly skilled, very experienced and fluent in English. My problem having a missing tooth replaced with an emax 3 unit bridge because the gap left by the missing tooth was too small for an implant was solved in two consecutive visits. I spoke with my cousin in the US who runs his own dentist business in Milwaukee and he was also impressed with the work Dr. Sanchez did he reviewed the pictures I sent him . I would highly recommend Dr. Sanchez to anyone who was considering dental work. As an added bonus, the price was approximately 75-80% less than it would have cost in the US.
