I decided to go to Columbia for a stem cell treatment for Parkinson’s disease because Dr. Carlos Rojas read my medical history and pointed out a few things that I was not aware were on there. Other places I had researched gave me a price and never asked for medical history. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Rojas and his team. I am just a month or so out of getting the stem cells. I saw an immediate improvement the day I received it. It was a minor thing to most, but a big deal to me. Before I went to Columbia. I could not turn over in bed at night. My body would freeze and my wife would have to physically/manually turn me from one side to another. Since the day I received the stem cells I have been able to toss and turn on my own. Doesn’t seem like much I know, but when you haven’t been able to do it for a while, it’s a big deal. I have also lowered some of the medication I take. It’s early in the process so I am hopeful that as time goes on I can adjust my medicine down more! I am so glad I did this! Daniel our translator and Benjamin our driver were so helpful and kind during our stay. The hotel was perfect! It had everything we needed! I was having trouble walking before I came so I wasn’t planning on doing much adventuring. This trip was all business. I would recommend this to anyone with Parkinson’s if they have the opportunity. I highly recommend Dr. Rojas. My walking has improved since the stem cell treatment. Slowly, as this process takes time. I am very hopeful for the future. I was 40 when I got diagnosed and I am now 48. This treatment was worth a try. I would recommend Dr. Rojas and his team. They are thorough. The facilities are clean and the nurses are great. This was my husbands 5th trip to ITC. He goes annually for check-ups and to get an "immune boost"! He is always treated like family and gets quality care. We are happy with all aspects of ITC but above all we are happy with the results of his treatments!

My husband and I were treated by Dr. Romero and are thrilled with the outcome! My husband has battled Irritable Bowel Disease for 25 years with no real help from US Doctors as well as degenerative disc disease that Doctors in the US have told him they can't do anything about. Doctor Romero asked a lot of questions to get to the root problem, he looks at the entire person, not like the other Doctors who have specialties and don't know or care about issues in other parts of the body. I am happy to say everything went smoothly regarding the treatment, I have dialed my insulin pump back, so that makes me happy. My driver was great, the clinic was clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Treatments were quick and not painful (other then the first part of taking stem cells out of my stomach fat- that wasn't much fun). I have no complaints and think it was totally a positive experience, so far with positive results that I am hoping continue to improve.

Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. As a US.-based Pulmonary/Critical Care physician, I am sharing my family’s experience to provide clinical context for others. My sister recently passed away at this facility, following acute complications from Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO). In my professional observation, the facility appeared significantly under-equipped and under-staffed to manage the complex complications associated with this procedure. When our family sought answers, the lead physician was unavailable, and the staff present seemed unable to provide a clear protocol for managing the acute issues that arose. Based on this experience in the lack of standard safety measures I observed, I cannot recommend the center for high risk or experimental treatments. Please exercise caution.

I am an American living in Seoul. I had shoulder surgery and follow up physical therapy at Nanoori from Feb - Jun 2015. The medical care is fast and efficient. At first visit I had evaluation, x ray, MRI, care plan and scheduled future surgery within 3 hours of arriving. Surgery was successful. Hospital stay was enjoyable. Follow up visits always had very little waiting. Staff and physicians are always friendly and helpful. I will use this hospital again if the need arises.

I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.
