The fact that I can receive the service without a queue, convinced. There was no congestion on arrival at the clinic after normal business hours. It took about 5 minutes from arrival to the consultation. Admission in principle as a hotel, allowing to understand the difference between the concepts of "patient" and "customer".

I would like to recommend Capital Clinic Riga and Lana in particular, for amazing service provided to me during my recovery from Covid while in Riga! From the day I was diagnosed with Covid in Riga on my business trip to the last day of my recovery Lana was very professional, nice and helpful! She arranged my tests and an online doctor consultation so I can obtain all necessary documentation in order to leave Latvia and to return home.
Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Gita Erta (endocrinologist) of Capital Clinic Riga for her professionalism. I have an under-active thyroid and have seen many doctors before but it was only Dr. Erta who provided holistic approach and suggested an alternative course to my healing and changed my medication. I am lactose intolerant and did not realise that my old medication had lactose in it. I was sent for a comprehensive blood test and I look forward to working with Dr. Erta together towards restoring my health.
I highly recommend this clinic and the Team!
