Hello, When we came to your hospital for check-up procedures, we were extremely pleased with the very decent greeting and follow-up guidance of Ms. Gülten, one of the patient greeters (hostess), I wish you continued success; We were extremely pleased with the information provided by your specialist doctors. Thanks.

Birkaç hafta önce anaflaksi geçiren kızımı 1 Şubat'ta Ömer Hoca'ya getirdik, ilaç alerjilerine bakmadığı halde(muayene esnasında öğrendik)çok az hekimden gördüğümüz insanlığı gördük,kendi akrabasıymiş gibi ilgilendi, bize eğitim verdi(,hiçbir zorunluluğu yokken)yaptıramadığımız tetkikleri laboratuvarla konuşup yaptırdı,uzman hekime ulaşmamızı sağladı,(ki Türkiye'de ilaç alerjisi üzerine çalışan hekim neredeyse yok)minnettarız,müteşekkiriz,Allah ondan razı olsun???? (Translated by Google) We brought my daughter, who had anaphylaxis a few weeks ago, to Dr. Ömer on February 1st. Although he doesn't specialize in drug allergies (we learned this during the examination), we witnessed a level of humanity rarely seen in doctors. He treated her like a close relative, provided us with education (even though he wasn't obligated to), arranged for tests we couldn't get done ourselves by contacting the laboratory, and helped us reach a specialist (there are almost no doctors in Türkiye who specialize in drug allergies). We are grateful and thankful. May God bless him. ????

Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. The staff team on the 7th floor are to be congratulated for their work, they are good at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their line of work, it’s a pleasure to be nursed by them, thanks for such a easy transition

Great location. The staff is professional. The employees are very attentive.

I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

I was very hesitant about traveling abroad for my Total Knee Replacement surgery, but after doing extensive research, I chose Emot Hospital in Izmir, Turkey, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. My treatment was handled with such care, and the entire process, from pre-surgery consultations to post-op recovery, was seamless. The orthopedic surgeon and the medical team were highly skilled, and I felt confident throughout the entire procedure. The hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped, and the accommodations were excellent – I even had a beautiful room where my family could stay with me during my recovery. I had been struggling with knee pain for years, and now, just a few weeks after my surgery, I feel like a new person. I am walking comfortably again and able to enjoy activities I had given up on. I can’t thank the team at Emot Hospital enough for their professionalism, care, and support. I highly recommend Emot Hospital to anyone considering knee surgery. I had a wonderful experience and I’m forever grateful.

I was at Istanbul Caglayan Florance Hospital on 17th September. Big disappointment in every way. From beginning to end. The check up Dr Aysan Taghiyeve was only listened my heart beat and than suggested me to do more tests and absolutely nothing else. No other conversation. She was not interested to heal me or help me with my health problems at all. I can easily get better quality doctors in Public Hospital (for free!) She has no smile or either zero empathy on her attitude. I kindly ask to switch my doctor and then I got better Dr. He was more informative and helpful straight away. Because of the long waiting time between two doctors I had breakfast after all my blood works. Had breakfast but now my second dr was ask to do more other test but bcs I had breakfast I couldn’t. Unfortunately I disappointed again. After all they told me my test results will be ready later during the day. No body call me to inform me about my results. Call the customer service at least 5 or 6 times told check up department not picking up. Left my phone number still no response. Never ever go to this hospital again and I never suggest to anyone. Running very unprofessionally.

Excellent service, Translators are professional. Very satisfied.

Hello, we came from Koru hospital Mardin, we were hospitalized on the 7th floor. The nurses on the 7th floor were friendly, caring and professional in their work, which made us very comfortable. Thank you to Koru family. Thank you Nilufer Hanimada for visiting us.

The hernia operation was okay, although I found out later, the doctor could have used more modern techniques. Don’t expect much information before the operation. But the way they try to take more money than agreed is disgusting. The day after my operation they asked me to pay 320.000 tl extra for a very obscure reason. Later they wanted more money for an extra night in hospital but we agreed on three nights. I made an official complaint to the hospital but they never replied. Although I sent many emails, they never gave an explanation.

Very caring staff and thank you very much.
