Liposuction at the Forme clinic was a great choice. Doctor Baran performed liposuction on 3 parts of my body. The surgery was done under local anesthesia and was not painful. The results are great.

Dr Lhotsky is an amazing surgeon. He is very calm, professional and human. Before the facelift surgery he explained everything in detail, gave me all the information about the procedure, so I knew what to prepare for. Everything he told me before the surgery was accurate and complete. I would definitely choose him again if I needed any surgery.

A few days ago I came back from Prague. I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr Lhotsky. I was very satisfied with my stay at the clinic. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The doctor knows what he is doing and I'm happy with the result. He helped me choose the size and type of implants to make my breasts look more natural. Thank you.

I couldn't afford to pay for liposuction in the UK, so my financial situation forced me to travel abroad and I chose the Forme clinic. The price was great compared to the price I was offered in the UK. The surgery was done by Dr Baran, I underwent Body jet lipo on 3 parts of my body. Even though I was conscious during the operation and felt no pain or discomfort. The doctor did a great job, he was very kind and helpful. The result is even better than I expected. I will definitely come back here again.

Everyone was very nice and put me at ease when I was nervous. I felt good after I woke up and nurses and also doctor Lhotsky did check up on me. I underwent a complete rhinoplasty including a septoplasty. I'm very satisfied with the result. I'd almost no pain or major swelling or bruising after the surgery. My nose was previously asymmetrical and large. Now I have it straight and most importantly natural. I was scared of the procedure, but there was really nothing to be scared of. Dr Vasek was very pleasant and he did a great job. I highly recommend this clinic and the doctor.

I chose Forme clinic because of good price. Dr Baran, who performed the surgery, was very pleasant and professional. He spoke good English, as did all the staff at the clinic. The operation was under local anesthesia, but I felt no pain. After the operation I was able to do most things normally. The result exceeded my expectations.

I had surgery by doctor Lhotsky 3 weeks before Christmas. The surgery went well and the result is exactly regarding my expectation. Everyone was very nice and friendly and they treated me great. The clinic is located in the centre of Prague what gave me chance to see it a little.

Dr Vasek was very arrogant and told me that I would never look like Angelina Jolie, but would look 10 years younger, which I was happy about. After the operation I stayed in Prague for 10 days, I was concerned that she had an infection (pus coming out) and was told it was normal. When I returned home I had to go to the doctors and had to have two different lots of antibiotics to get rid of the infection.
After three months the neck and face started to sag, so I contacted Forme Clinic and was told I had to wait a year to see the full results. It got worse and worse and now I doesn’t look any different to what I did prior to the surgery, other than having scars to prove it.
I have been writing to the clinic for over 6 months complaining about the surgery. The latest response was
‘It is clear that you have post op scaring,which is a healing problem and not surgical.
We can do relatively small surgery.It means I will release those scars under general anaesthesia.’
Post Operation scaring is part of the healing and should not be a problem, unless the scar causes issues and this will not be address the issues listed.

Sagging fat
Loose skin and fat under the chin and jawline
Neck
Improved appearance of the skin
Loose skin around the neck
Reduction in wrinkles and lines on the neck
A smoother, more youthful looking neck
After having an infection for two months I don’t want to go back again especially after seeing some horrific photos of other people that had off the scale infections and she is also being asked to pay for the anaesthetist, hospital and travel costs. Not that’s she would be happy for Dr Vasek to work on her again.
I have spoken to four other people who have had the issues since placing my first review on Facebook and two of them had awful infections and necrosis, another lady spent 3 days in hospital on IV due to infection.
It’s a shame this website doesn’t show photos.
Please also make sure if you are going to complain to the Czech Medical Chamber that you do this within 12 months, Dr Vasek will keep fobbing you off until 12 months after the surgery. Their website is https://www.lkcr.cz/czech-medical-chamber-cmc-443.html and their email address foreign@clkcr.cz

I was at Forme clinic 4 months ago. I was really stressed and worried about traveling abroad for rhinoplasty. But I didn't find any clinic in UK with such good reviews and price. I took my sister with me as an accompany. Clinic stuff was kind and my surgeon was a real professional. The result exceeded my expectations. I recommend this clinic to everyone.
